Return Policy:


All items purchased come with a 7 day return policy.  There will be a restocking/ data protection fee of 30% for any returns NO RETURNS on $100.00 or Less Android Tablets , Laptops or Desktops, Sold AS IS, and NO RETURNS. If customer accepts in-store credit, the 30% restocking/ data protection fee will be discounted to a $30 system wipe fee.  An item may be returned only if it is undamaged, in its original packaging, and is accompanied by its original purchase receipt. No returns or store credit will be issued if original purchase receipt is not present. If the item has been damaged or modified in any way it will not be accepted for return. Modification includes any program or files downloaded or installed by the user, any change to the original operating system settings, and any change to the appearance both physical and electrical. Batteries are excluded from the return policy, they may not be returned under any circumstances. Return eligibility is to be determined by the store manager. All items that meet the conditions of the standard 7 day return policy will be refunded the purchase amount.  Returns can only be handled by a store manager.  If manager is not present the customer may leave the item for the manager to process at a later date, or customer may return when a manager is present.  If the original transaction was purchased on a credit/debit card the funds will be returned to the original card.  The Original card must be present at the time of return.   There may be up to a 10 day hold on returned funds due to banking laws. If the original transaction was a cash transaction the refund will be given via check.   In some instances a partial in-store credit may be given for items that don’t meet the qualifications for the standard 7 day return policy. In some instances a partial in-store credit may be given for items that are past the 7 day return period. Any credit given must be approved by a store manager. All in-store credits have an expiration date six months from the original return date. Proper identification must be presented at time of return. Please note that items may not be returned if invoice specifies a non- return clause. This return policy may be changed or removed at any time without any given notice by Recovering Computers By Sparky. 


Parts & Accessories:



Accessories may only be returned if the accessory has not been opened, installed or used in anyway.  Defective accessories may be exchanged for the same item within 7 days of original purchase.  Accessories may not be returned or exchanged after 7 days from the original purchase date.  All accessories are covered under warranty for 30 days from the original purchase date.   

All parts are tested and guaranteed to be in proper working condition, unless previously stated elsewhere.  All parts are non-refundable.  Any part installed by Recovering Computers By Sparky will be covered under warranty for 30 days from the original service date.  Any part purchased and installed by parties other than Recovering Computers By Sparky will void all warranties.


Warranty:



This is a warranty contract. The warranty is provided by Recovering Computers By Sparky. The WARRANTY is valid for SIX MONTHS from date of purchase. The warranty will cover all labor costs related to the malfunction of the item covered.  Customer is responsible for the cost of all parts needed in the repair.  All parts must be ordered and installed through Recovering Computers By Sparky, NO exceptions.  Recovering Computers By Sparky is not responsible for any loss of data incurred before during or after the repair.  Data transfers are not covered under this warranty contract.  Price for data transfer will be determined by the Store Manager.  Before repairs will begin, customer must agree to all terms and conditions outlined in the service request form. 

The warranty will not cover any lost or stolen claims. 

There is a $25 Diagnostic charge when placing an item in service.  Diagnostic charge is fully refundable once repair is complete. Recovering Computers By Sparky has 30 business days from the date of original claim to repair the malfunctioning item. You understand that this warranty is offered and fulfilled strictly by Recovering Computers By Sparky and no other entity. This warranty contract must be presented at time of warranty claim to be valid. No warranties will be honored without this warranty contract present.  

All batteries are guaranteed to last 1 hour with the computer sitting idle and the screen powered on.  The battery guarantee is valid up to 30 days from the purchase of the computer.  If a battery is tested to meet this qualification no replacement battery will be given, Brand New batteries ordered for Customer and charged by customer are not covered under Warranty by RCBS.

This warranty covers any computer on this receipt. This warranty is valid only when warranty claim is presented by the person named on this receipt. The start date for this warranty is the purchase date on this receipt. The end date for this warranty is six months from the purchase date on this receipt. The upfront cost of this warranty is $ FREE

The covered item owner agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions of this warranty contract and return policy as specified above.
